上海交大举办国际学生龙舟文化体验活动
10月21日下午，由上海交通大学留学生服务中心主办、上海交通大学体育系承办的国际学生龙舟文化体验活动在闵行校区水上运动基地顺利举办。活动吸引了来自俄罗斯、荷兰、意大利、加拿大、挪威等多个国家的留学生参加。
On the afternoon of October 21st, the Dragon Boat cultural experience activity for international students sponsored by SJTU International Student Service Center and SJTU Physical Education Department was successfully held at the Water Sports Base of Minhang Campus. The event attracted students from Russia, the Netherlands, Italy, Canada, Norway and other countries to participate.
体育系相关老师为同学们详细讲解了水上安全知识，并进行了陆上龙舟技术培训。培训过程中，同学们边听边练，逐渐对龙舟运动的基本知识和技能有了较为全面的了解。
At the beginning of the activity, the teachers from SJTU Physical Education Department explained the water safety knowledge in detail, and conducted the land dragon boat technology training. During the training process, the students listened while practicing, and gradually had a more comprehensive understanding of the basic knowledge and skills of dragon boat sport.
同学们登上龙舟，在教练员的引导下完成了水上龙舟技术培训，通过反复练习逐渐熟练地掌握了龙舟运动的技巧，队员之间的配合也愈发默契。
Then, the students boarded the dragon boat and completed the technical training of the water dragon boat under the guidance of the coach. Through repeated practice, they gradually mastered the skills of dragon boat movement, and the cooperation between the team members became more and more tacit.
现场还开展了两轮龙舟计时赛，同学们运用学到的运动技巧划动龙舟，大家齐心协力、奋力拼搏，取得了优秀的比赛成绩。
Then, the two rounds of dragon boat time trial were held on the spot. The students used the sports skills they learned to row the dragon boat. Everyone worked together and worked hard to achieve excellent results.
上岸后，同学们带着喜悦与收获合影留念。
After landing, the students took a group photo with joy and harvest.
本次活动的成功举办使国际学生更深入地了解了中国传统龙舟文化，激发了同学们学习中华优秀传统文化的兴趣，也使来自不同国家、文化背景的同学们在体育运动中锻炼身心素质，加深友谊。
The successful holding of this activity enables international students to have a deeper understanding of Chinese traditional dragon boat culture, stimulates students' interest in learning excellent traditional Chinese culture, and enables students from different countries and cultural backgrounds to gain health and deepen friendship in sports.
